My book “You Can Be Mortgage Free” will show you exactly how you can pay your mortgage off early and save tens of thousands of dollars on interest.

This book will also show you how to:

  • Make and follow a budget successfully
  • Find extra money in your budget
  • Pay off credit card or other kinds of debt
  • Find the fastest route to paying off your mortgage
  • Evaluate the benefits of refinancing
  • And so much more

Today I want to give you three tips on how to pay your mortgage off early. I won’t be able to be as in depth as I am in my book, but this should help you decide if you are ready to be mortgage free!

  1. Make the Decision and Stay Determined!

This may sound simple but if you don’t actually make the decision it will never happen. You Have to be determined to get it done!

This is not something that is going to be easy. You will have to make some tough decisions and you will need to make a few changes in your habits to be able to reach mortgage freedom.

Paying off your mortgage early will be the best decision you could even make! You will have so much freedom after your mortgage is gone. Once you make your decision your must stick to it. It can not be like a New Year’s resolution that gets forgotten by February.

Your life will be so much better, and you will have so many options opened up to you that you could never do while you had a mortgage.

I encourage you to make the decision to pay off your mortgage early, You Can Do IT!

  1. Make a Budget and Stay with It!

Don’t get upset over the word budget. I never liked them before either but making a budget and following it will make paying off your debt possible and easier.

Budgets are not all bad, you can budget “fun” things in your budget. You can add entertainment and eating out into your budget. I even have a place for it on my Budget. Click the link to go to the Homeowner section of my website and you will see my budget, I encourage you to print it and use it if you don’t have a budget you are already using.

The key to having a successful budget is writing everything down on it, this include all the little things like the cup of coffee you buy every morning on the way to work.

Having a budget will help you be successful in paying off your mortgage early!

  1. Pick a Plan and Keep Moving Forward!

My book “You Can Be Mortgage Free” has a few different plans you can pick from. It doesn’t matter what your financial situation is there is a plan that will work for you. Even if you only have $20 extra a month, I can show you have to make that $20 work for you!

You will be able to do a financial check up and then decide which plan will fit you best. Once you pick a plan keep working to follow the plan. You will never regret paying off your mortgage early. The hard work you put in will be well worth it!

I tell every homeowner or buyer I meet that they should have a goal of paying off their mortgage early. I had this goal before I even bought a house.

When I bought my house, I told people that I was going to pay it off in five years. Everyone just kind of politely laughed and said, “oh ok”. No one believed that my wife and I could do it, except my parents. I not only paid my mortgage off early I beat my goal by a couple months.

You can pay your mortgage off in under five years, I did it and you can too!

I encourage you to check out my book “You Can Be Mortgage Free”. It will be the most valuable book you will ever buy. My book will save you tens of thousands of dollars and help you pay off your mortgage years early!
